what is wholefastkc?
Whole KC Fast is a citywide movement uniting churches, families, and believers across Kansas City to seek God through fasting and prayer.
From October 1st–31st, 2025, we are declaring war in the spirit taking back our streets, our families, and our communities through intentional sacrifice and corporate prayer. This is more than an event it’s a call to return to God, to stand against darkness, and to invite His power into our city like never before.

Anyone! This fast is open to all believers in Kansas City and beyond who desire to grow closer to God and stand in unity for our city. You do not need to be a member of a participating church to take part.

first 3 days of October is water Only. Rest of the month We are fasting daily from 7am–7pm with water only throughout October. Each evening after 7pm, participants may break the fast with a meal.

No formal sign-up is required to join the fast, but we encourage you to subscribe to daily devotionals through the website to stay connected and encouraged.

Yes! The fast concludes with three nights of revival on October 1st, 2nd, 3rd and October 29th, 30th, and 31st, hosted at The Whole Truth Ministries. Full details will be posted on the website calendar.
